Shipping, Pick Up & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are now offering shipping! 

While we work out the logistics, please note in the Note Section at the bottom of your "My Cart" page that you would like this order to be shipped. We will then contact you with a shipping quote. Alternatively, you may select "Pick up at Store" during checkout and message us on Facebook for a shipping quote.  You can then pay for the order, or select "Cash Payment" to pay for the order and the shipping all at once via e-transfer. If paying separately, we ask for shipping payment via e-transfer.

If there is no communication between us and customer, we will hold the order for 10 days and continue to reach you. Once a shipping order has exceed the waiting period, the purchase will be refunded to the original payment method and items will be sent back into our inventory.

Should an item in your order be out of stock in our store, we will contact you with the provided email address or phone number. 

Pickup Policy

After purchase we will hold your order for 10 days. Once an order has exceeded the waiting period the purchase will be refunded to the original payment method and items will be sent back into our inventory.

For in-store methods of payment, you order will be sent back into our inventory should it not be picked up within 10 days of ordering.

Should an item in your order be out of stock in our store, we will contact you with the provided email address or phone number. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.
